Terms
Terms
These terms cover using this website and joining the Bed Sauce launch list. They do not cover buying anything, because nothing is for sale yet.

Draft — not legally reviewed
This page has not been reviewed by a lawyer and must not be relied on. It describes accurately what the site does with your information, but the legal terms around that are unfinished. Items marked below are open questions, not commitments.
What this site currently is
A pre-launch page. You can read about the product and leave an email address to be told once when pre-orders open. No payment is taken, no order is placed, and nothing is reserved for you.
Prices, pack sizes and ship dates shown here describe what we intend to offer. They are not an offer to sell and may change before launch.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. Joining the list requires you to confirm that, and doing so when it is not true is a breach of these terms.
The launch list
Joining means we will email you when pre-orders open. You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. We do not sell or share the list.
Submitting an address you do not control, or automating submissions, is not permitted.
About the product
Bed Sauce is a water based personal lubricant. It is not a contraceptive and not a treatment for any condition. If you are prone to irritation or are trying to conceive, talk to a clinician first. For external and personal use.
Product details on this site describe the intended formulation and are not a substitute for the information printed on the packaging you receive.
- Needs counselHave counsel review every product claim on the site — the Slip Facts panel (pH, osmolality, condom and silicone-toy compatibility) and the claims band ('body safe', 'long lasting'). In the US personal lubricants are regulated by the FDA as medical devices and these claims need substantiation on file.
Our content
The Bed Sauce name, logo, packaging design, photography and copy on this site belong to us. Please do not reuse them without asking.
Disclaimers and liability
This section needs to be written by a lawyer rather than approximated. Placeholder language here would be worse than none, because it would read as though it had been considered.
- Needs counselDraft the warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability.
- Needs counselDecide on a dispute resolution mechanism, and whether an arbitration clause or class-action waiver is wanted.
Governing law
- Needs counselChoose the governing state and the venue for disputes, normally tied to where the operating entity is registered.
